Phillip’s career in structural engineering began at L.A. Fuess Partners in 2011 where he has since risen to the role of Associate Principal. Known for his big-picture thinking and open-minded approach, he excels at tackling both design and field challenges, addressing them in a timely and collaborative manner. He is a master at prioritizing efficiency, continuously seeking ways to enhance project speed and accuracy. Whether it is developing programming tools for complex calculations, or employing data-driven methods to evaluate new construction materials, he is dedicated to ensuring project success in numerous ways.

Phillip also takes pride in building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues, and is passionate about sharing newfound knowledge with them. Friendly and approachable, he is committed to helping others and believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
