L.A. Fuess Partners Portfolio

Our project consisted of 1,400,000 sq. ft. a group of six concrete-framed office buildings, four to six stories each.  These are connected by a ring of basement level structures with landscaping atop portions of them, which open into a central recessed courtyard.  The project also includes a handful of one and two-story entrance and assembly buildings which are framed in concrete and steel with expressive curved roofs.  The main lobby ties two curved office buildings together and is topped by a large, landscaped assembly terrace shaded by a grand steel-framed structure supported by four multi-story tapered concrete columns.
