Three concrete-framed office towers (13, 15 and 21 stories) make up the first phase of State Farm’s regional headquarters which is the anchor for the CityLine mixed used development. Three attached garages provide over 2.5 million square feet of parking, which is shared by 50,000 square feet of retail at the ground floor of each building. The sixth floors of all three towers are connected. This connection includes a conference space atop one of the garages as well as a 200-foot long enclosed pedestrian bridge which is cantilevered at a skewed angle off the side of the 13-story tower.
