BIM / IPD — Building Information Modeling / Integrated Project Delivery

Since 2006 L.A. Fuess Partners has been utilizing 3-dimensional modeling to produce construction documents for its projects. LAFP has emerged as an industry leader in the application of BIM/Revit technology, leading dialogue with other design firms, construction companies and building owners regarding BIM / IPD. LAFP collaborates with other leading BIM pioneers to advance the firm’s Modeling knowledge base and technical capabilities.

In addition to producing Building Information Models for its design projects, L.A. Fuess Partners offers modeling services in conjunction with existing buildings, new buildings designed by other engineering firms that require after-the-fact modeling, and consulting services for general contractors and structural subcontractors for projects under construction.
