Quality of staff is the most important asset of a service organization. We strive to hire, train and retain the highest quality technical staff available, and clients attest that quality of service is consistent throughout our organization. The focus of our staff is service to clients - availability, attentive response, thoughtful consideration and anticipation of clients needs are paramount. We make a significant investment in the on-going quality of our staff through professional seminars and in-house training programs. We believe that continuity is key to success of a design firm. LAFP is guided by nine principals, four of whom have been with the firm for over 25 years each, and we have a contingent of associate principals and associates who have 10 to 20 years' service with the firm. Our goal is to staff every project with a highly qualified and well-seasoned team who understand and are able to deliver the firm's commitment to excellence in service and engineering.
